The location of the El Cactus Luxury Apartments in the historic center of Santa Marta is perfect, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, parks, and bars. the staff at El Cactus Luxury Apartments were extremely helpful and made our vacation stay very enjoyable.

Spacious apartment for great value. Beautiful venue with very good location and staff, I liked it. The staff were amiable and accommodating, made the stay really comfortable! All in all everything was great, as a bonus I received wake up calls free of charge.

The accommodation was new and secure. It's located near the main square with bars, a big supermarket, and the airport, which was convenient for me. Everything during my stay was perfect, and I appreciated the wake-up service as a nice touch. the bed was very comfy, and the hypoallergenic pillows were a great addition. the setting and rooftop plants added to the charm of the place.

The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the pools are fantastic, and I often had them to myself. the rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to watch the sunset. the location is perfect, just a short walk away from the tourist areas. the breakfast, especially the fruits, is amazing. As a budget traveler, I found great value in the spacious presidential suite on the third floor.

Some guests mentioned that the chairs on the private terrace were not ideal for lounging. Some guests would have liked to see more green practices in the hotel.
